The Riverside County Carnival is thrilled to introduce the “Read & Win” program, designed to foster a love of reading among youth. This program invites children from Pre-K through 12th grade to embark on a literary journey that rewards their reading efforts with exciting prizes. The Read & Win Program is committed to promoting literacy throughout our community and offering even greater incentives this year. Participants who meet their reading goals will receive (1) Kids General Admission ticket.
