Sponsorship Coordinator

Summary:
The Sponsorship Coordinator will manage all sponsor-related activities to ensure the successful fulfillment of sponsorship agreements. This role involves gathering sponsor materials, coordinating their proper placement and deployment throughout the event, and maintaining communication with sponsors to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize all sponsor-provided materials, such as banners, signage, or promotional items.
  • Coordinate the placement and display of sponsor materials at designated event locations.
  • Ensure all sponsor commitments are fulfilled, such as logo placements, announcements, or special mentions.
  • Maintain communication with sponsors to address their questions, concerns, or additional requests.
  • Collaborate with event management to ensure sponsorship areas are set up properly.
  • Monitor and document sponsorship activations during the event to share with sponsors afterward.
  • Assist with post-event reporting, including photos and summaries of sponsorship visibility.
