The 2025 Riverside County Carnival runs May 23 – May 26 & May 30 – June 1, 2025. The festival hours are as follows:
- Friday, May 23: 4:00 pm – 11:00 pm
- Saturday, May 24: 1:00 pm – 11:00 pm
- Sunday, May 25: 1:00 pm – 11:00 pm
- Monday May 26: 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Friday, May 30: 4:00 pm – 11:00 pm
- Saturday, May 31: 1:00 pm – 11:00 pm
- Sunday, June 1: 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm
The Riverside County Carnival is hosted at the Lake Elsinore Outlet Mall at 17600 Colllier Ave in Lake Elsinore, CA
Entry to the event is $10 per day ($15 day of). Remember to bring additional funds for parking, food, beverages, carnival rides, and purchases from our vendors! 50% from each online advanced ticket sold is donated to support local nonprofits in the Temecula Valley. Encourage your favorite nonprofit to register as a licensed vendor with the Riverside County Carnival to benefit directly.
We have convenient parking ($15) and standard parking ($10). Convenient parking will be right near the carnival rides and standard parking will be at the outlet mall. Standard parking is free before 3PM at the outlet mall.
All ages are welcome to join us at the Riverside County Carnival. Some rides may be restricted due to height requirements set by the carnival company.
We have many activities for people at all ages to enjoy. From Carnival rides, live entertainment, food & beverage choices, as well as our vendor areas, there’s so much to enjoy at the Riverside County Carnival.
In order to provide the best experience to those attending, we ask that there be:
- No Gang Attire
- No Weapons
- No Drones
- No Outside Alcohol
- No Skateboards
- Please Walk Your Bicycle
The Riverside County Carnival is open to service animals only.
