Operations Support

Summary:
The Operations Support staff will assist in the overall setup, maintenance, and breakdown of the event. This role involves ensuring the event runs smoothly by performing various tasks, including trash removal, ticket handling, guest surveys, restroom monitoring, and assisting with lunches and breaks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the event setup and breakdown, including moving and organizing materials.
  • Take out trash and maintain a clean event space as needed.
  • Rotate between roles, including ticket sales, ticket taking, and guest surveys.
  • Monitor restrooms on a schedule, restocking supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels.
  • Coordinate with other team members to cover breaks and lunches efficiently.
  • Provide general support to ensure the event runs smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks as assigned.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry items as needed.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
