Marketing Support

Summary:
The Marketing Support staff will assist in capturing and promoting the event through various marketing activities. This role includes photography, videography, social media management, and ensuring that the event is visually documented and represented effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Take photographs and videos of the event, including key attractions, vendors, and guests.
  • Manage social media posts during the event to highlight activities and updates.
  • Assist with editing and uploading content in real time, if required.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure key moments are captured and promoted.
  • Work with vendors to provide any marketing-related assistance they may need.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and visuals are aligned with event branding.

Requirements:

  • Basic experience in photography, videography, or social media.
  • Creative eye for capturing engaging content.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
