Entertainment Coordinator Intern

Summary:
The Entertainment Coordinator will assist in managing and supporting event entertainment. This role includes working closely with bands, performers, and the sound engineer, ensuring their needs are met and schedules run smoothly. Additionally, the Entertainment Coordinator will help coordinate hospitality for entertainment guests and collaborate with vendors as necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist bands and performers with setup and breakdown as needed.
  • Work with the sound engineer to ensure performances stay on schedule.
  • Provide hospitality support for entertainment guests, such as refreshments or assistance with directions.
  • Communicate with management to address any issues or last-minute changes.
  • Coordinate with other vendors involved in the entertainment setup.
  • Monitor entertainment areas to ensure they remain organized and functional.
