Vendor Hospitality Support
Summary:
The Vendor Hospitality Support staff will assist vendors during the event by ensuring a smooth check-in and setup process. This role includes answering basic questions, providing assistance during setup and breakdown, and reporting any unresolved issues to management.
Responsibilities:
- Check in vendors as they arrive and provide them with any necessary passes or information.
- Answer basic questions about setup, breakdown, or event schedules.
- Assist vendors with finding their designated locations if needed.
- Report any vendor issues or questions that cannot be answered directly to management.
- Ensure vendor areas remain clean and organized throughout the event.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
