Vendor Hospitality Support

Summary:
The Vendor Hospitality Support staff will assist vendors during the event by ensuring a smooth check-in and setup process. This role includes answering basic questions, providing assistance during setup and breakdown, and reporting any unresolved issues to management.

Responsibilities:

  • Check in vendors as they arrive and provide them with any necessary passes or information.
  • Answer basic questions about setup, breakdown, or event schedules.
  • Assist vendors with finding their designated locations if needed.
  • Report any vendor issues or questions that cannot be answered directly to management.
  • Ensure vendor areas remain clean and organized throughout the event.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
