Refund Policy & Terms of Conditions

If there are issues verifying information at any stage of purchase (verification, delivery, payment, or other steps), or if a card/bank account cannot be verified or authorized, tickets may be canceled. The event may also refuse future purchases tied to the affected payment method and may restrict access to the site.

Purchasing a ticket provides a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to attend the specific event. It does not provide any rights beyond admission and remains subject to all posted terms and conditions.

Tickets must be presented for admission and are valid for one entry only. Each ticket code is scanned for authenticity and redemption. Do not duplicate tickets—duplicates will be rejected. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced; keep tickets secure.

Major credit and debit cards are accepted. Transactions are processed securely. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information.

All ticket sales are final. Refunds/exchanges are not offered except when an event is canceled or postponed. If canceled, a full refund is issued to the original payment method. If postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date; refunds for postponed events may be available if the new date does not work for you. Refund requests are not accepted for reasons such as personal plan changes, travel issues, inclement weather, or performer/lineup changes. No refunds are provided if you later discover you qualify for a discount after purchasing.

Tickets are intended for personal use. The event does not support purchases from third-party sellers. Tickets obtained from third parties may be invalid or fraudulent, and support cannot be provided for problems arising from third-party purchases.

Tickets must be purchased through official websites or authorized channels. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources are at the buyer's risk and may be canceled without notice. The event is not responsible for issues related to unauthorized purchases.

Resale for profit or in violation of policy is prohibited. Tickets identified as unlawfully resold may be canceled, and future purchases using the same information may be blocked.

Orders must contain valid information and may be verified. Orders are subject to card approval and processing after billing details are verified. Orders using false, misleading, incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable information may be canceled at any time, and tickets may be resold to others. Suspected fraud or policy violations may result in cancelation and a future purchase ban.

If a pricing error occurs, the event may cancel orders placed at incorrect prices and either issue a refund or offer tickets at the correct price. Customers will be notified and given options. If day-of promotions differ from previously purchased amounts, no refunds are issued.

By attending, you consent to use of your image/likeness/voice captured at the event for promotional or marketing use without compensation.

The event may refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with policies or who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior. No refunds or exchanges are issued in these situations.

Tickets have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

By purchasing, you grant permission for the event and affiliates to use your personal information for event-related communications, including ticketing, promotions, and updates.

All attendees and items may be searched. Prohibited items (including weapons) and illegal substances may be confiscated. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or removal, with no refunds or exchanges.

The event is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify the event, affiliates, and employees from claims arising from attendance.

The event does not guarantee any specific opening acts or Community Stage performers. The lineup may change without notice.

After purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with ticket details. You are responsible for ensuring your information is accurate. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact the box office email listed below.

You agree not to attempt to evade refund restrictions or seek chargebacks as a way to obtain a refund. If a chargeback is attempted, tickets may be canceled immediately and future purchases tied to the same information may be refused. Disputing charges processed by the event or its partners may result in being banned from future purchases.

If the event is canceled or rescheduled by the event organizer, ticket holders will be notified and alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered at the organizer's discretion.

Service animals are welcome. "Comfort animals" do not qualify under applicable ADA/DOJ guidelines and are not permitted.
