Concessionaires agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the carnival harmless from claims and liabilities connected to use/occupation of leased space or booth activities.

Assumption of Risk / No Liability

Riverside County Carnival LLC assumes no liability for injury, death, or property loss/damage on or about the premises; and is not responsible for damage to exhibits/merchandise/concessions from theft or environmental/other causes.

Ticketing Notice

Riverside County Carnival uses All-In Pricing on our official ticketing platform. The total ticket price listed on our website includes ticket fees before taxes, if applicable. A processing fee may also apply and will be displayed before checkout. To avoid scammers, please purchase tickets only through the official Riverside County Carnival website. Each ticket contains a unique QR code that can only be scanned one time. Once a ticket has been scanned for entry, it cannot be used again. Ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Tickets believed to have been purchased for the purpose of resale may be cancelled at the discretion of Riverside County Carnival LLC. Riverside County Carnival LLC is not responsible or liable for any tickets purchased through third-party websites, social media accounts, private sellers, resale platforms, or any source other than our official website. For ticket verification, the name, phone number, and email address associated with the original ticket purchase may be used. To ensure your tickets are authentic and valid, please purchase directly from our official website.
