Safety Support

Summary:
The Safety Support staff will patrol the event to identify and address any potential hazards. This role includes working with management to implement solutions and ensuring guests’ safety by addressing their concerns or questions.

Responsibilities:

  • Patrol assigned areas of the event to identify safety hazards or potential risks.
  • Communicate with management to propose and execute solutions for identified hazards.
  • Assist guests with safety-related questions or concerns.
  • Respond to minor incidents and escalate major issues to management or appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure walkways, exits, and other public areas remain clear and safe.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and management.
  • Comfortable walking for extended periods and working in a busy environment.
  • Must be reliable and follow all safety protocols.
